I’m Allie, an ACD-level writer and strategist with over ten years’ experience in branding and advertising.

I’ve worked in freelance and perm roles at places like DixonBaxi, Sonder & Tell, Shelter (winner of The Drum’s In-House Creative Team of the Year), Frog, Havas and Wunderman Thompson.

Earning a WiM Brand Writing award, Drum Social Purpose award, Design for Good award, and a place in the Creative Review Annual 2023. None of which compared to Mel C calling one of my campaigns: “Absolutely brilliant, that”.

As well as for brands, I write poetry, prose and the occasional personal essay. I’ve read everywhere from open mics to creative festivals, been placed in prizes, and been published in Fault Magazine, T’art Press, Sonora Review, Playbutch! and Femmesocial.

When not writing, you can find me playing guitar, with my football team, or active in the London trans/queer community.
